Chopper Spirals Out of Control into Palm Groves at Well-Known California Beach
A helicopter soaring near a crowded California coastline unexpectedly commenced twirling uncontrollably, ultimately losing altitude and plunging into a row of palm groves as spectators looked on.
Footage posted online depict the aircraft beginning to twirl near Huntington Beach then falling in the direction of the perimeter of the coast, where it gets stuck between palm trees and a staircase close to the shoreline route.
Emergency Response Information
Local firefighters stated five people were taken to hospital including two who were in the helicopter and were “extracted safely from the crash site” following the accident on that day.
Three individuals on the street were harmed. Specifics on their condition were not immediately available.
What led to the incident was not yet disclosed.
